This is the worst service EVER.

They called me to schedule the delivery date. GREAT. So, my wife waited for them to come. This LONELY deliver guy said that he was only dropping off the boxes (big ones). We, in this case, she, my wife, had to enter by herself this big boxes. Of course she was not able to do that. She does not have the strength to do it. This guy get upset and gives her two choices:
- Leave the boxes on the curb (outside of our apartment, ON THE STREET), or
- Take it back.

My wife it's about to leave to work, so, what can she do? Return it. Now, the company is charging me 15% because we returned the item, PLUS the money, which I paid immediately, it's going to take 4-7 business days. I contacted these people. The just apologized, but anyway, I have to pay that 15% for something that they DID NOT state on their amazon listing. I mean, here. Besides, they are telling me that they have more delivery options, so, I would be paying more to bring the boxes in, however, THEY DID NOT SAY THAT!!!!

Am I wrong???? Should I pay for something that they didn't say?

Yes, I am so upset.
